Adult Day Service
- Carers Trust EHHR now provides an Adult Day Service for two sessions (Wednesday and Thursday) at our venue the Living Well Resource Centre, 372 Chadwell Heath Lane, Romford. RM6 4YG
- Each session runs from 10.30am to 3.30pm. There are two Care Support workers at each session that collect clients from their homes and bring them to the venue.
- There is a maximum of 8 clients at each session.
- Refreshments throughout the day and a light lunch for all clients.
- There is be a rolling ten weeks activity programme for the client to participate in each week. The clients are able to participate in stimulating activities together which are tailored to suit the interest and needs of the group.
- Our organisation is registered with The Care Quality Commission and has the rating of ‘Good’ in all areas.
- Prior to being offered a place on the group, each client is assessed for suitability and their suitability are reviewed regularly. The cost to the client for each session is £50 inclusive of transport and lunch.

Care packages from Tapestry are tailor made with our clients to allow them to keep their independence and stay in their own home for longer. Our specially trained staff will create a person centred care plan that provides our clients with a care package that meets their individual needs and delivers on their expectations. Only a limited number of swimmers can be accommodated at the Chafford Sports Complex. The centre runs a 'first come, first served' policy.
Free badminton and squash
Along with the free swimming, there is also free badminton (Hornchurch Leisure Centre and Central Park Leisure Centre) and free squash (Hornchurch Leisure Centre only), subject to timings.

Arts in Havering
Havering's year round programme of arts and entertainment, includes events, concerts and activities at Fairkytes Arts Centre, music tuition at Havering Music School, performances at the Queens Theatre and numerous outdoor arts festivals and exhibitions.
Fairkytes Arts Centre and Fairkytes Live
Fairkytes Arts Centre is a friendly community arts centre based in the heart of Hornchurch. It offers a wide range of arts, crafts and performance activities for adults and children as well as regular concerts under the Fairkytes Live banner, including opportunities for local talent to perform.
Rooms, studios and performance spaces are available for hire and Fairkytes hosts a large number of clubs and societies. There is also a craft gallery and shop selling work created by local craftspeople.
Arts festivals and events
Havering's annual cultural programme includes the Havering Arts Festival, the Langtons Summer Concert, Music for a Winter's Night season of classical and chamber music, Havering Music School concerts and community events hosted by the Queen's Theatre.
